Noble Environmental Technologies forms International Subsidiary Noble Environmental Europe AG
April 15, 2013, SAN DIEGO – Noble Environmental Technologies Corporation (NET), opened its first international subsidiary, Noble Environmental Europe AG (NEEU) on March 11, 2013. The new company is NET’s exclusive licensee for the revolutionary, “eco astounding” ECOR® technologies and products throughout the territory of Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Russia. The company was founded in Zug, Switzerland, where other notable multi-national companies such as Biogen and Transocean are based. Zug is conveniently located in the center of Europe, providing NET’s growing customer base with immediate contact to company representatives and excellent service in their region. The expansion also affords NET the opportunity to enter new international markets with a team led by top-tier executives who are part of the regional business community.
The new company has already launched its ECOR commercialization plan including growing production and sales throughout 2013. ECOR products offer recyclable, non-toxic, 100% recycled, 100% bio-based and reusable alternatives to plastic, aluminum, wood, particleboard, plywood and many other materials and panel products.
At the helm is Co-Founder and CEO Rene Haüsler, who brings more than thirty years of experience with IKEA, including chief executive officer of IKEA Sweden, Switzerland and Austria, and President and CEO of IKEA USA West. As CEO of NEEU, Haüsler will implement many of the strategic and operational practices that were successful in expanding and streamlining IKEA when he led the retail giant.
Working closely with Haüsler is Robert Noble, Co-Founder, Executive Chairman and Founder/CEO of NET. “The launch of NEEU represents one of the most significant milestones in our company’s history, and what an honor it is for us to be working with Rene Haüsler. His experience and career successes are of immeasurable value and importance to our endeavor,” said Noble. “With Rene, we will continue expanding throughout the region and beyond by embracing and empowering the creativity, innovation, compassion and vision that are everyone’s natural predisposition.”
The Switzerland office will manage its manufacturing plant opening this week in Kraljevo, Serbia. A seasoned sales force is also in place and will be managed by Walter Krienbühl. “Zug is an international networking metropolis,” said Haüsler. “And, with ECOR® products and technologies, we are at the very tip of the spear of an environmental and product revolution. We see the opportunity to grow our business internationally and also to truly make a difference by inspiring designers in many industries, improving the environment and creating jobs and significant economic development. All of this has inspired me to leave retirement and immerse myself in this exciting venture.”
